LUNEDì 4 SETTEMBRE ore 18:00, presso il parco della scuola, incontro con i genitori dei bambini nuovi iscritti.
PERCORSO DI INSERIMENTO ALLA SCUOLA DELL’INFANZIA
INIZIO ANNO SCOLASTICO SOLO BAMBINI PICCOLI E ANTICIPATARI NUOVI ISCRITTI
PRIMA SETTIMANA: 5 – 6 – 7 SETTEMBRE 2023
Ingresso tra le 8:30 e le 9:00, uscita tra le 11:00 e le 11.15.
I genitori possono stare con i loro piccoli e provare a “lasciarli andare”: ci sarà flessibilità. Non sono previste attività particolari in modo da favorire la conoscenza e la relazione tra bambini, insegnanti e genitori. In questo periodo, su appuntamento, è previsto un colloquio individuale, genitore e maestre, per conoscere meglio ciascun bambino.
SECONDA SETTIMANA: DALL’11 AL 15 SETTEMBRE
Ingresso tra le 8:30 e le 9:00, uscita tra le 12:10 e le 12:25.
I bambini si fermano per il pranzo.
TERZA SETTIMANA: DAL 18 SETTEMBRE
Ingresso tra le 8:30 e le 9:00, uscita tra le 15:15 e le 15:30
I bambini si fermano per il pranzo e per il riposo in dormitorio.
PER TUTTI I BAMBINI GIÀ FREQUENTANTI LA SCUOLA DELL’INFANZIA
INIZIO: da mercoledì 13 settembre con orario completo (come da calendario scolastico regionale 2023-24, in allegato, pubblicato anche nel sito), anticipo e posticipo per chi lo ha richiesto.

I bambini dovranno portare a scuola un sacchetto, con il nome, contenente un cambio completo (tutto dovrà essere contrassegnato con il nome).
Per poter organizzare al meglio l’attività scolastica, se siete interessati al servizio di anticipo e/o posticipo vi chiediamo di compilare il modulo al link https://forms.gle/XMdZ3niCEqX6Xgx26 o segnalare tramite mail alla segreteria indicando gli orari di vostro interesse.
FESTA DI INIZIO ANNO
Vi anticipiamo che sabato 30 SETTEMBRE, dalle 9 alle 12, ci incontreremo per la consueta Festa d’inizio dell’anno scolastico con le famiglie, i docenti e coloro che operano e collaborano con noi. Sarà una bella occasione per dare il benvenuto alle famiglie dei bambini nuovi iscritti.
SEGRETERIA E CENTRI ESTIVI
La segreteria chiude dall’1 al 23 agosto; il numero di cellulare 333 5485074 e la posta elettronica restano attivi per eventuali necessità.
Si ricorda che fino al 28 luglio proseguono i centri estivi che riprenderanno dal 28 agosto fino al 7 settembre (contattare i Servizi Scolastici del CSI- informazioni anche nel sito della scuola www.levisplona.it).

BEGINNING OF SCHOOL YEAR
PATH OF INSERTION ONLY FOR THE NEWLY ENROLLED CHILDREN THAT ARE 3 YEARS OLD
FIRST WEEK: 5 – 6 – 7 SEPTEMBER 2023
Entrance between 8:30 and 9:00am, exit between 11:00am and 11.15am
Parents can stay with their little ones and try to “let them go”: there will be flexibility. There are no particular activities in order to foster knowledge and relationships between children, teachers and parents. During this period, by appointment, there is an individual interview, parent and teacher, to get to know each child better.
SECOND WEEK: from the 11 to the 15 SEPTEMBER
Entrance between 8:30am and 9:00am, exit between 12:10pm and 12:25pm.
The children stop for lunch.
THIRD WEEK: FROM SEPTEMBER 18th
Entrance between 8:30am and 9:00am, exit between 3:15pm and 3:30pm
The children stop for lunch and rest in the dormitory.
ALL OTHER CHILDREN FOLLOW THE NORMAL HOURS WHICH ARE
START: from 13 September with full timetable, advance and postponement for those who have requested it.

FOR EVERYONE
Children must bring a COMPLETE change of clothing.
Please remember that EVERYTHING must have a name label, or the name written in permanent ink. Everything is to be placed in a sack; this too clearly labelled.

BEGINNING OF THE YEAR PARTY
We anticipate that on Saturday 30 SEPTEMBER, from 9am to 12am, we will meet for the usual Beginning of the year Party with families, teachers and those who work and collaborate with us. It will be a great opportunity to welcome the families of the newly enrolled children.
The school offices will be closed from the 1st of August until the 23rd of August. If you need to contact us during that period, you may do so by calling the cell number 333 5485074 from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, or send an e-mail.
Please note that summer camps continue until 28 July and will resume from 28 August to 7 September (contact the CSI School Services and www.levisplona.it ).
